Accident Summary:

On takeoff from a helipad, a poncho was pulled into the air from behind a dike.
The poncho was pulled up through the main rotor blade and down through the tail rotor.
One tail rotor blade was damaged

Aircraft was part of a combat assault and was on final for an LZ
when the aircraft in front forced him out of his intended landing spot.
As a result the aircraft was required to land short of the landing spot and
in doing so struck a small bush with the tail rotor

Accident Summary:

Pilot landed to a pinnacle full of stumps. A low approach was required due to clouds.
The aircraft settled short with its skids partially on the ground.
When the pitch was lowered, the aircraft slid backwards.
A stump damaged the tail boom and the cargo door
