Accident Summary:

While picking up to a hover, the aircraft started a roll to the right.
Despite applying left cyclic to control the roll, the aircraft continued
to roll until the blades struck the ground. The transmission separated from the aircraft
and the aircraft came to rest in an inverted position.
Suspect the accident was caused by failure of the lateral controls.
