Dwyer, Robert Keefe 1LT KIA 07/15/67 63-08844 B-227 out of Kontum. Info was non-eyewitness. Was on C&C around Kontum area. Lost engine,
aircraft destroyed on impact in mountainous terrain.
AC was WO Caronis. MAJ Dave Royce Kingsbury was in back seat.
I (Paul Vernon) lived in tent with Marty Caronis
[not in Directory] who also died in this crash.
1LT Dwyer had a daughter born just before crash.
Have photo of crash after slung back to Kontum.
